The PORTAL graphic takes you directly to the login page.  The other one (more Orange) goes to the web page with links to WorkSafe and other resources.

For Apple (iPhone) users you can follow this process:
Using the internet (Safari) open the app web page app.orangecross.co.nz alternatively go to www.orangecross.co.nz   Go to the login screen 

At bottom of screen tap the icon that looks like an arrow pointing out of a box

• Select add to homescreen 
• Change the name of the shortcut 
• Remember to tick "Remember me"

 
For Android (Samsung; Huawai etc) users

• open the app web page app.orangecross.co.nz 
• Go to the three dots on the top right corner 
• Select add to Home screen 
• Rename it
• Remember to tick "Remember me"
