You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without the express written permission by Orange Cross.
10.Returns And Refunds
Accounts are, generally, billed monthly. Any monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and the next bill will be cancelled. There will be no returns or refunds for previous months. There will be no exceptions in order to keep it fair across all customers.
Those signing for promotions that have a fixed term agree to meet the minimum requirements of that term or forfeit any discount. Such termination will also incur an administration fee equal to two months of full subscription ($100 +GST).
Any unauthorized use of Orange Cross is a violation of this agreement and certain New Zealand legislative laws. Such violations may subject the unauthorized user and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.
